These are drawings of a patent application for a considerably stretched Jaguar XJ which could reach Chinese market in the near future.
The standard version of the XJ has plenty of legroom to offer, but for those Chinese customers who want more, Jaguar is offering a long wheelbase variant. Apparently it doesn't stop there as the British marque could be working on basically a limousine version of the XJ which by the looks of these images looks extremely long.
Aside from being longer than the LWB model, the XJ seen in these photos is also higher at the back since the roofline rises after the B-pillar, while the rear doors have also been redesigned. CarNewsChina says this patent could have been applied by a different company such as Carat so this might not be an official product coming from Jaguar.
