Cosmetic changes only

Lumma Design has already launched a cosmetic package for the recently unveiled 2014 Range Rover Sport.

Although you won't find it in dealerships right now, the new-gen Range Rover Sport has already received an aftermarket treatment from Lumma Design. Dubbed CLR RS, the wide body kit brings a more aggressive look with front/rear fenders, redesigned front bumper with built-in LED daytime running lights and an updated rear bumper featuring a diffuser.

There's also a roof spoiler and a custom exhaust system with four rectangular tailpipes, along with a variety of 22- and 23-inch wheels. The 2014 Range Rover Sport has also gone through a diet as it lost some weight thanks to the new vented carbon fiber bonnet.

No word on pricing or whether they plan on launching a power boost as well.

SUVs (especially "sporty" ones) are not cars. They're just like shoes. Or bags. Just fashion items. When will the automotive press just ignore them? Really. They. Are. Not. Cars.

I don't think a bad, really bad, photoshop job constitutes a cosmetic package. Until you put actual plastic on the actual car, it's not "launched."

In 1977 I was a senior in high school and I owned a 1970 AAR Cuda that was painted Sublime Green, so reminds me of the green rover. But I think I liked my Cuda better LOL.
