Porsche manufacturer and tuner RUF is presenting its updated 3800S program at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The 3800S can be produced based on the latest Boxster and Cayman with a flat-six 3.8-liter engine producing 420 HP (309 kW) at 7,400 rpm and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque reached at 5,600 rpm. Power is transferred to rear wheels through a double-clutch gearbox.
As a reminder, the 2014 Porsche Cayman S has a flat-six 3.4-liter power unit developing 325 HP (239 kW). The 3800S is more powerful than a Porsche 911 Carrera S which offers 400 HP (294 kW).
In terms of styling, the cars come with a more aggressive body kit encompassing new front and rear bumpers, updated rear diffuser and glossy five-spoke black alloy wheels.
