The possibilities are endless

We've already seen one rendering of what a high-performance Corvette could look like, but here's another created by WorldCarFans reader Manoah van der Wolf.

Dubbed the GT, the rendering shows an attractive model with an aggressive front bumper that has an integrated spoiler and massive air intakes. Further back, we can see a carbon fiber roof, a trunk-mounted spoiler and a center-mounted dual exhaust system.

Chevrolet has been coy about the possibility of a ZR1 successor, but the redesigned Corvette has a 6.2-liter LT1 V8 engine that develops approximately 450 bhp (336 kW) and 450 lb-ft (609 Nm) of torque. This should enable the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph in less than four seconds and return 26+ mpg highway (US).

There really isn't much one can do to the C7 to make it better.

I like it and the idea is fairly realistic here. The ZR1 C6 looks was a simple and clean difference over the base corvette Grand Sport C6. So i think this readers idea of this GT is somewhat what i would expect a higher level C7 to look like. Kudos. Good work.

I dunno about cutting edge this rendering is basically the same as the production model about the only difference I can see is the additional air intakes under the headlights

Looks good, the design is cutting edge and I love it. Pity it's only a rendering.
