Rolls-Royce has introduced the new Ghost Firnas Motif special edition.
Drawing inspiration from inventor Abbas Ibn Firnas - who attempted to fly using 'wings' made of feathers - the Ghost Firnas Motif was originally envisioned by Khadim Al Helli from Abu Dhabi Motors.
Designed to "encapsulate Arab Andalusian culture," the Ghost has a two-tone exterior with a flight motif on the coachline. The motif is also present on the headrests, sill plates and dashboard.
Like the standard model, the Ghost Firnas Motif is powered by a turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 engine that develops 563 bhp (420 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission which enables the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds) and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
Production will be limited to five units, but pricing remains a mystery.
