BMW i3 Coupe Concept video released

Could spawn production version

BMW has released driving footage with the recently introduced i3 Coupe Concept.

The second version of the i3 concept made its debut at the end of last month in Los Angeles. Now we get to see the coupe in action with its "stream flow" design, two-tone paint and 20-inch wheels with low rolling-resistance tires.

The BMW i3 Coupe Concept is powered by an electric motor generating 170 HP (125 kW) and an instant torque of 184 lb-ft (250 Nm). It has a lithium-ion battery that allows the coupe to travel for up to 100 miles (160 km) on a single charge.

BMW is moving forward with BMW-i the rumors were only rumors. My dealer told me the hybrids weren't going to make it and they were wrong, so don't take them too seriously.

We've just heard from one of the guys in product planning about this. He reported that the dealers have just submitted their bids to BMW to be able to sell the "i" brand. Not every dealer will get them, only the ones that have been approved. They are definitely coming to market. Your dealer doesn't have the correct information.

Electric cars are actually fun to drive, why don't you give a few of them a test drive before you criticize. I'd rather drive a vacuum cleaner then a H-bomb.
