This is not going to be an exact Tata Nano competitor, its going to be in a segment slightly above Nano. Its codenamed "i2" and its being developed here in India by Gerrad Detourbet (the father of the Logan) and his team. It will be branded as a Datsun in India, perhaps Renault may use this car in Europe as a Dacia. The benchmarking has just started, and soon we will see test prototypes on the road.
