Dodge Challenger SRT8 races a McDonnell Douglas MD500 helicopter and 125cc shifter kart [video]

Looking like a video that Top Gear would do.

This isn’t the typical race you would expect as the video shows a custom Dodge Challenger SRT8 modified to produce 490 hp (365 kW) tackle a 420 hp (313 kW) McDonnell Douglas MD500 helicopter. Included in the video is also footage from a bonus session between the helicopter and a 125cc shifter kart driven by Ron Lee.

As you can see from the clip, both the Challenger and kart were beaten by the very talented helicopter pilot, but this really isn’t a surprise. Needless to say, that is one skilled pilot based on the stunt he pulls with those cones.
