Can't come soon enough

Volvo's global head of sales and marketing has revealed the company will introduce a facelifted S60 and S80 sometime next year.

Doug Speck hinted we could expect a "major refresh" instead of the typical model year updates. The executive also confirmed the next-generation XC90 would be launched in the second half of 2014.

As we have previously reported, the 2015 XC90 will become the first model to ride on Volvo's Scalable Platform Architecture (SPA). It will be powered by a variety of VEA (Volvo Environmental Architecture) engines which promise to be lighter and more powerful than the current crop of six-cylinder units.

Too late, but 2013 will be a great buy as a used car. Long time manufacturing made this car very quality one, with all mistakes solved during this 12 years.

The XC90 has been around since what, 2002? Long overdue for a refresh. This concept kind of looks like the new Durango though.
