Nissan GT-R goes airborne after hitting a bump [video]

GT-R with airplane aspirations.

We understand that those who own a fast car like the Nissan GT-R want to fully exploit its potential but this shouldn’t be done on public roads because it can be very dangerous as this video shows. We notice the driver of a gunmetal GT-R driving way over the speed limit and overtaking cars like he was the king of the road when he hits a bump on the road which sends the car into the air, with the driving losing control of the vehicle.

The car then heads into a field but luckily the driver manages to escape from this violent accident without any injuries as he was able to get out of the car. Later on the GT-R was towed and it seems that the owner has to pay $15,000 to fix his car.

Unlike most of the videos with accidents we have showed you, in this one the people who recorded the video stopped the car and went to the driver to see if he was ok.

PS: Who knows what might have happend if the GT-R hit the hill on the turnaround...

Looks like he tapped the brakes in the middle of the jump... not good when two side wheels have most of the grip
