Peugeot Onyx concept teased for Paris debut [video]

A hybrid supercar?

Peugeot has released the first teaser video of the Onyx concept, ahead of its debut at the Paris Motor Show.

Looking like a futuristic supercar, the model has a two-tone exterior with LED lighting units and a power-deployable rear spoiler.

Additional information is limited, but Autoblog.es is reporting the car features a 256 HP (188 kW) 1.6 THP engine and a 120 HP (88 kW) electric motor. This setup could enable the concept to average 4 L/100km (58.8 mpg US / 70.6 mpg UK).

Very nice...but the name kind of spoils the whole James Bond thingy they got going on there... Seriously, Onyx...I got a few names for this car, hows abouts - Raven, Mako, Dzire...or some random numbers like they usually do... Jokes aside, well done Peugeot.
