Could have 450 hp (336 kW / 456 PS)

Our spy photographers have already snapped pictures of the 2014 Lexus IS, but new details are starting to emerge about the upcoming IS-F.

Autoblog.com is reporting the model could feature a twin-turbo V6 engine with approximately 450 hp (336 kW / 456 PS) and 450 lb-ft (609 Nm) of torque. If these numbers pan out, the car would have 34 hp (25 kW / 34 PS) and 79 lb-ft (107 Nm) more than its predecessor.

As we have previously reported, the next-generation IS could have aggressive styling and a "radical iteration" of the company's spindle grille. Little else is known about the model, but spy photos have revealed the suspension will be heavily based on the setup used in the GS.

Fugly still. Ass is a bit smaller but still fat. Engine will be fun but with fat weight how will it handle.

It needs a facelift ASAP! That front is damn ugly no matter how fast it goes.

Good news Lexus you're doing great. If its true, I think a forced V6 will make for a better, nimbler car, by offering a better power to weight ratio compared to the V8 currently offered.
