Niiiice. Now I want TRD to release some performance accessories. This is a nice car but need a bit more power and torque.

To be honest these are more like numbers I kind of expected the base model to come with, let alone a tuned version. I've heard the car is pretty amazing, but I can't help think the original stats are pretty underwhelming.

this cars original 0-60 is in the 6 second range with only 200 hp stock, now this car is very light, so if you add another 120 hp to it and make it a bit more lighter, it will be as quick as and should handle better than a stock m3, espically since its well balanced. its only about 2700 pounds. the 335i weighs 1000 pounds more and has 20 less hp and can do 0-60 in 4.8 seconds. power to weight on this car is 8.4hp/lb, on the M3 its 8.9hp/pound. 0-60 on the M3 is 4.1 seconds........ expect this car to be in the high 3 second 0-60 range

We'll see I guess, I hope so. I really like the whole idea of this car, and to be honest I'm not disappointed with the base model. I know I'm going back on what I just said but I guess what I was expecting will be filled by the sti/trd models. I think it's good that they've made this car with not only the consideration of a well balanced car, but also one that runs efficiently and that an average person can afford. I think this car has the capability of being turned into a beast, and have no doubt we'll be seeing more examples like this in no time.

Ya the boxer engine definatly has potential, and the fact that its light will magnify anything you do to it, but honestly i would still take a 370z or g37 over this, I like the sound of a v6 over a 4, and it already has over 130 HP more than this for only 5-8k more if you get the base model. Plus it comes with more standard features, lets face it you have to live with th car every day which will come with more weight, but ill enjoy them in the long run.
