Unboxing the Volvo V60 Plug-In Hybrid [videos]

Volvo has released a couple of clever promo videos which pretend to unbox the new Volvo V60 Plug-In Hybrid.

Unboxing is a term that refers to removing a consumer retail product from its packaging while recording the process in explicit detail. Unboxing has turned into an internet trend as many web sites publish photos and videos of unboxing some desirable product, such as electronic gadgets, toys or just about anything. Unboxing gives consumers who are shopping for a particular product a detailed look before they decide to buy.

In the two videos, Volvo is humorously acting as if the new Volvo V60 Plug-In Hybrid is an electronic gadget in a huge box and has a team of people in lab coats unbox and dismantle it to give us a detailed look at its features and how it functions.

[UPDATE] Episode 3 - Bench Tests added below.
