Tesla Model S promo released
It is now 2012, the year of the Tesla Model S. At least, that is what the American company would like us to think. To drive the message into our heads, they have released this new promotional video you see above.
The new electric sedan will be launched this summer and Tesla will be hoping for a sure-fire hit. It will be available at three different power levels: 40 kWh, 60 kWh, and 85 kWh. The top version allows the model to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds, has an extended range of 300 miles (483 km) and a top speed of up to 130 mph (209 km/h).
The Tesla Model S sedan will launch initially with the 85kWh and 85kWh Performance versions; the 60 kWh and 40kWh versions will launch in the fall and the winter respectively.

now, if it's VERY quick to charge, and somewhat affordable, this Tesla Model S will in fact be the future of today's sedans.

It starts at $57,400. and I think they have a charger for it that can charge it in 30 minutes.

Fantastic car I can't wait to get one. I actually checked out the new BMW M5's 0 to 60 time, BMW says it'll hit 60 in 4.3 that means the Model S Sport's 0 to 60 time of 4.4 seconds puts it right up there with M cars, that's cool.
