BMW 7-Series facelift spied cold weather testing
Could debut later this year
The BMW 7-Series has been on the market for a few years, so the company is preparing to introduce a minor facelift for their flagship sedan.
Recently caught cold weather testing, the prototype has modified bumpers, "angel eye" headlights and revised taillights.
Inside, previous spy photos have shown the cabin will adopt a revised center console and a larger iDrive display.
Under the hood, we can expect some minor changes including a new eight-speed automatic transmission.
The facelifted 7-Series could be unveiled later this year, so expect to learn more in the coming months.

BMW Needs to go back to the roots a little think more along E38 design 7 series yet sleeker. The nose/kidney grills looks like its exhaling I want to get out of the way so I dont get sneezed on is my first thought. If they treat the 7 more like the M cars they will get it right the first time and waste far less time facelifting the vehicle. Improvement needed in the exterior styling department start a division just for this please on the seven series. You got the 5 series looking good again its been atleast 13 years since it was a head turner, the five is back good job. Now its the sevens turn.

I don't hate this car but BMW must follow Audi and Mercedea by designing a special interior for its flag ship car. S class and A8 don't share their interior design with any other models unlike BMW which made the 5er looks exactly like the 7er interior and also share some parts with x5/6.

I have to agree with GRAVE on this one. BMW's Flagship model has to be distinctive if they want to revive the fame that it had once.

Interiors of 5 series and 7 series are different. And they are both beautiful. E class interior looks ugly

Yes...E-Class's interior is pretty ugly. I think the best interior is by Audi.
I'm not really an Audi fan but their interior is stunning.

Definetly true....the 7-series needs more technology and high-end materials. What about a TFT-instrument cluster, 12 inch center iDrive display, passenger-HUD etc. ? Customer want see, why they have paid 30% more money....
