How can this be classified as a 4x4. Look at the size of the thing. Can you actually imagine taking this small thing off road!!! A load of rubbish if you ask me. They may as well call this an urban off-road/mpv ,though I don't see the point of it at all!

Are you for real?! The current Panda 4x4 is very good in the rough stuff, so one can expect the third-generation Panda 4x4 to follow suit. Check out some videos of the current Panda 4x4 off-roading on YouTube.

Could you please elaborate? I've owned a Panda 4x4 and have taken it off-road, where it was subjected to muddy inclines, rocks, and deep puddles, and it took them all in its stride. 'NeilR' quoted "imagine taking this small thing off road!!!" and I merely responded by informing him that the Panda 4x4 is very capable off-road.

i don't understand the point of having a car this size as a 4x4, but as for the 2012 panda, great looking thing and i can imagine that it will be fantastic to drive like the current one.
