Nissan has revealed the Micra Nismo Concept at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2012 today.

The Micra concept marks the third concept released from Nismo after following the Juke Nismo Concept and the Leaf Nismo Concept.

This is in line with Nissan's announcment a few months ago about expanding its tuning program resulting in many new Nismo-tuned models making it to showroom floors.

Known as the Nissan March in Asia and Latin America, Nismo adds a race developed body kit which includes front bumper fascia, side skirts, roof spoiler and rear bumper fascia with diffuser.

The exterior also receives a redesigned grille, side mirrors and Nismo's signature pearl white exterior with red highlights as seen on the Juke Nismo Concept.

The interior is updated with Nismo designed seats and steering wheel.

The suspension is also lowered and bigger lightweight wheels add the final touches.

Looks dated, but it could be fun if it is given a high-revving n/a 1.6L engine.

What about shrinking the GT-R powertrain and putting in the Micra!?! Then we'd have Godzilla, Jukezilla and Microzilla!

It would be one heck of a ride! If you were careful, your front tyres might last you through the day!
