An intoxicated woman has been caught driving on the wrong side of the Interstate 5 highway in Washington. She was doing speeds of up to 100mph (160kph) before the state troopers were able to stop her.
Luckily the astute drivers that were driving in the right direction managed to avoid the 60 year old driver. A head-on collision at 100mph would almost certainly have resulted in a fatality so it is miraculous that know one was hurt.
The driver, Pamela Drawsby failed to respond to loudspeakers, sirens or spotlights, therefore the state troppers were forced to shut down the highway to get her to stop.
The woman was eventually arrested for DUI and various other offences. Check out the video above for the full story.
