Alfa Romeo Giulietta wagon coming in 2013 - report
Facelifted model not coming to the US?
The Alfa Romeo Giulietta is about to get an added dose of practicality as a new report is indicating the company will launch a wagon variant in mid-2013.
According to Automotive News, the upcoming model will become an important part of the brand's expansion as wagon sales account for nearly a quarter of all compact sales in Europe.
In related news, the publication says the facelifted Giulietta might not be offered in the United States as originally planned. During clinical reviews, American consumers complained the cockpit felt too narrow. This sounds like a minor issue, so hopefully a fix can be developed.

Why does the American majority ALWAYS have to keep us from getting the good things Europe has to offer?!?! I mean come on, a narrower cockpit is preferable in my eyes... :(

As a small sizer, I still find the cockpit of new BMW 1-er constrained.

"American consumers complained the cockpit felt too narrow" LOL! Are those the same guys that bought Mini's?
