BMW M6 Convertible caught undisguised
The wild blue yonder
The 2012 BMW M6 Convertible has been caught undisguised at the Bayonne Military Ocean Terminal in New Jersey.
As you can see, the model is distinguished by an aggressive body kit that includes ventilated fenders, unique side skirts and a modified rear bumper. There's also a sport-tuned suspension, a four-tailpipe exhaust system and high-performance brakes with blue calipers.
Motivation will likely be provided by a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 with 560 PS (412 kW / 552 hp) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque. It will be connected to a seven-speed M Double Clutch transmission which should ensure the convertible can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than five seconds.

Role reversal, MB is now coming up with divisive designs, BMW is now winning drag races, making torquey engines and winning the beauty contests (5/6 series). The Bangle era for all its controversy was good for BMW, is the Three Pointed Star on the right track? Hard to say
