Mercedes B-Class not getting the AMG treatment after all?
Just test mules for the A & CLC AMG?
According to a recent report, the Mercedes B-Class AMG prototypes are just test mules for the upcoming A and CLC AMG.
We have our doubts, but Autocar is quoting an unidentified source who said "The B-class is interesting, but it is not suitable for traditional AMG customers."
Regardless, the entry-level AMGs are expected to use a turbocharged 2.0-liter petrol engine with 320 hp (239 kW / 324 PS) to 350 hp (261 kW / 355 PS). It will likely be paired to a dual-clutch transmission and an all-wheel drive system.

Ok i like AMGs but for this car there is no point to offer an AMG version. Merc should offer this car the new 2.1L diesel as a B250. But I can't wait for the new A and CLC AMGs.

A Class...CLC...B Class I don't give a damn...
Just give us a small and nimble car worthy of an AMG badge and I will buy one!
