Latest trend in transporting children

Here's something you dont see everyday. A toddler sitting in a children's kitchen chair turned backwards on a motor scooter is sleeping between the driver's (mom?) legs.

Although it appears the child is wearing a helmet, that chair looks like it could slip off at any moment.

These people should be shot. Wana endanger urself in a variety of stupid ways, be my guest, but dont risk the life of an innocent child that has no choice of its own.

The mother told a news reporter that she was on hurry, trying to get away from her divorced husband on that day... and does it happen in Taiwan everyday ? How come I have never seen one but this film clip
