Minor tweaks for a popular model

Our spies have managed to catch a facelifted BMW X6 undergoing testing in Europe.

Virtually production ready, the prototype has a revised front fascia, new headlights and restyled taillights.

The petrol engines will likely carryover, but rumors suggest a new tri-turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel could be added to the lineup. It is expected to produce 350 PS (258 kW / 345 hp) to 400 PS (294 kW / 395 hp).

The 2012 X6 will debut sometime next year.

Nice boost for 3.0 there is almost no point of buying v8. X6 is great looking car. Probably the last of Bangels success designs because the next one will deffinately will be copied from sOft lines Of Lexus RX like all new BMWs. O ye look at 1,5, 7 soft, saad, saggy front just like an old man.

I think this will be the 50d (i know 3.0l for a 50d doesn't makes sense, but the 35d is also a 3.0l engine..)

It's a fugly car right up there with the 5GT - PERIOD! It's a fat bloated POS - 5000 pounds of wasted materials that could have built more efficient, better handling cars than this catastrophe.

Wife has 1, lemme tell U the good the ba and the ugly here: Good: Good SUV for a hot hatch, Good hot hatch 4 a SUV, good 4 parking on pavements when the mall is full, ok if taste has been acquired. Bad: Terrible SUV for an SUV, Terrible hot hatch for a hot hatch, there's an X5 U can buy. Ugly: I recon just look at it, wife disagrees. At the end of the day it's a mom's van
