Brazilian woman hit by Beetle - passengers flee

These shocking images were captured by a security camera from a Brazilian store. What appears to be a normal intersection is turned into havoc in seconds. As the video shows, a motorcyclist who stops at the intersection before proceeding almost gets hits by a speeding Volkswagen Beetle. The Beetle then tries to avoid the motorcyclist and loses control careening into a woman on the side walk. Before the Beetle comes to a stop, the driver's door flies open and the driver falls out. Meahwhile, two passengers, a woman and a young girl emerge from the Beetle and flee the scene without hesitation.
