999Motorsports Supersport unveiled
The ultimate track toy?
Thailand's 999Motorsports has unveiled their new Supersport.
Designed to be the ultimate track toy, the car has a tubular chassis, a carbon fiber / fiberglass body and 18-inch aluminum wheels.
Inside, the cabin is relatively sparse but features a carbon fiber dashboard, an LCD instrument cluster and racing seats with a six-point harness.
Motivation comes from a mid-mounted, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 300 hp (224 kW / 304 PS) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. It sends power to the rear-wheels through a five-speed sequential transmission and a limited slip differential.
The company declined to release performance figures, but the car only weighs 950 kg (2,095 lbs) so it should be fairly quick.

Way too many lines, yours eyes have no idea where to look first. But what I do see is, Lastest general Lancer headlights (which don't fit the body style), Hyundai Genesis coupe taillights and I wouldn't be surprised if the interior has a feel resemblances to other race cars.

Errr seriously? Most race car interiors are near identical, regardless of who makes the car.

They seem to have taken alot of parts from the Japanese parts collection with the Lancer headlights and Mazda 2 tailights.

Rancer EVO + Mazada 2 + Veloster I should say.. but still, I will not blame this company. Hyundai and Toyota has shown us how simply starting of by copying other cars can later develop to a good big company.

the headlights and the taillights are not relevant bacause it's a race car, track day car, it's not the looks it's the pure gasoline drive, and i bet sounds like hand motor saw on 10 000 - 20 000
rpm

Curious that virtually every comment about this TRACK car has to do with which manufacturer's headlight or front bumper has been used...What about the car's intended use?..,.how does it PERFORM? When I'm going into or coming out of a turn on a track I can tell you that the last thing I'll be concerned with is whether my car's headlight is from a Lancer...It's a track car guys...All this talk about its looks amounts to little more than cocktail talk.
