Classic example of standing out for the wrong reason, it even has a special spoiler to accumulate water when it rains, very eco, very in. Oh my, might as well donate the money of the vehicle and the stupid tuning costs to art schools or charity

1) If I were a Traffic Police Officer, I would simply pull over the audacious Bimmer and issue a stack of pink slips to the driver for a range of infringements (i.e. utterly distasteful modification) to the point the driver may be arrested and his car confiscated. 2) If he was arrested, I would have arranged the tow-truck to "drag" the rubbish to the official car dealer for "rehabilitation" (i.e. tweak it back to stock). 3) If such treatment is useless, then it would be sent back to BMW R&D facilities for "corrective" treatment. The bottom line is - it would be ideal to start afresh than dumping into the incinerator.
