Pagani Huayra track footage [video]

More footage of the Huayra getting a workout on the Adra International Raceway in Italy

Here is some more footage of the Pagani Huayra at the Adria International Raceway in Italy with the Pagani team.

This time the camera takes a step back and shows several fly-bys, revving scenes and accelerations as the Huayra gets its track workout. The last video from Marchettino had a camera mounted on the rear of the Huayra for some bird's-eye-view thrills.

In the footage here we also get to see Mr. Horacio Pagani looking under the rear bonnet, where we can spot the AMG badge on the engine, explaining the model's suspension system for a few seconds before we get back to the action.

I really want to hear this in person now. On video it sounds like exhaust fluttering and hot air, but very bassy. I think there's a dimension to this noise that microphones can't pick up very well. Hell, I'd do anything just to SEE this in person, preferably in a different, darker colour.

If you have the money and choose a Bugatti Veyron over this, it shows that you have more money than sense. This is the finest sports car made today. Period.

its weird, but this is the second video with the exhaust sound. I have to agree with Mikeado, it must be that the microphone did not pick up on the sound very well............cuz it sounds bad for a car like this.

When played on my Cpu's surround sound, that exhaust note reminds me of the ALMS Corvette GT1 i heard at Lime Rock Raceway. We were more than 200ft back from the track and when the Vette went by you could feel it in your chest. That Pagani's exhaust note is fabulous. It's powerfully deep yet loud, smooth yet mechanical. Hook your PC up to your surround sound and blow yourself away with all the nuances of the exhaust note!
