Mercedes C63 AMG by McChip
Limited top speed of 193 mph (310 km/h)
There's no shortage of tuners for the Mercedes C63 AMG, but we can add another to the mix as McChip has just unveiled a new performance package for the popular model.
Dubbed the Stage 3, the kit features an optimized ECU and a Cargraphic exhaust system. Thanks to these modifications, engine output climbs from 457 PS (336 kW / 451 hp) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) to 583 PS (429 kW / 575 hp) and 692 Nm (510 lb-ft) of torque. The company declined to release performance specifications, but stated the top speed has been increased to 310 km/h (193 mph).
Priced at €10,000 ($14,200), the package takes three days to install and can be complimented by matte black 19-inch alloy wheels with Michelin tires for an additional €7,474 ($10,600).
LUST FOR POWER - C63 AMG by mcchip-dkr
There is the credo that vehicles from Mercedes-Benz have sufficient power upon purchase. But it is apparently insufficient for quite a few people. Therefore, before taking over the car, these clients can make a stop in Affalterbach and appeal to AMG. There they can find specialists in power and design. If it is sufficient to tune the car "only for domestic use" appeal to the tuner company specialized mcchip-dkr located in Mechernich on the edge of the Eifel.
Its general manager Danny Kubasik and his team have "cured" the top model from Mercedes-Benz W204, the C63 AMG to 457 hp and 600 Nm of torque. They used - how could it be otherwise - the highest variation of performance called "Stage 3". The performance kit includes "only" the uncompromising optimization software and a complete exhaust from Cargraphic including header, middle silencer and rear silencer with a remote control by volume keys. In sum, this provides a balance of power that pulls the drive train to 583 hp with 692 Nm of torque. In this context, the Vmax electronic limiting to 310 km / h is only logical. The total reconstruction, including The Necessary adjustment to the in-house test takes about three days and will cost about 10000 €.
But Mechernich specialists need to improve not only the performance but that is the appearance, a set of black matte "RS" 19-inch rims from Cargraphic with 8,5 x19 ET47 tires at the front axle and 9.5 x 19 ET65 at the rear axle have been installed. In the selection of Appropriate sport tires Michelin had the lead. The cost of this perfect wheel set is 7473.67 €.
So if you need a powerful performance with grand appearance, the "cure" at mcchip-dkr would be extremely successful.
