Prior Design Bentley Continental GTC revealed
Minor tweaks, aggressive results
Following a teaser in April, Prior Design has officially unveiled their new styling package for the Bentley Continental GTC.
Designed to give the car an aggressive appearance, the body kit features modified bumpers, extended side skirts and a ventilated hood. Other highlights include a rear diffuser, a carbon fiber spoiler and a stainless steel sport exhaust system which "provides some additional horsepower."
While designers primarily focused on the exterior, the cabin has also been upgraded with carbon fiber trim.
No word on pricing, but the "High Society" package is currently available for order.

"High-Society"
Figures and facts tell their impressive tale: W12-Motor, Bi-Turbo, 5,998 ccm displacement, 560 PS, all-wheel and 650 Nm torque at 1,600 rpm. Without any question, the Bentley Continental GT Cabriolet is all the way up at the top of the automotive league.
For PRIOR design from Kamp-Lintfort, development of an aerodynamics construction kit for this open dream-Bentley was, of course, a challenge that the designer tackled with respect and a sure instinct. The result now seamlessly merges into the already-impressive series of beautiful body kits for luxury automobiles and sports cars.
The outward changes to the Bentley Continental GT Cabriolet match the car body line perfectly without being obtrusive; quite the opposite. The front received a new bumper with integrated carbon fibre bottom lip, considerably reducing the updraft at the front axle. PRIOR-Design equipped the huge Bentley hood with two air inlets that evacuate used hot air from the motor space. Another new addition is the massive sports grille with two carbon-fibre air outlets on top.
A set of traditional side sills make the lateral silhouette look longer and lower. PRIOR-Design also provides a new bumper with integrated diffuser for the rear, also suitable for creating additional downdraft on the rear axle. A stainless steel sports exhaust system was cleanly integrated into the tail with its light and truly imposing sound. Or course, it also provides some additional horsepower.
The elegant interior of the Bentley Continental GT, which is rather dignified by default, was also changed. All wooden decoration had to make way for their exclusive carbon fibre counterparts, additionally emphasising the sportive look.
With this conversion, the PRIOR-Design refiners impressively prove that the customer's wishes have no limits.
The PRIOR-Design Bentley Continental GT Cabriolet will have its world premier at the Tuning World at the Bodensee, booth B1-402 on 5 May 2011 at 10 a.m.
