Red Bull drift race on the streets of Atlanta [video]

Red Bull has produced this video of a makeshift drift race through the streets of Atlanta called the Red Bull Peachtree Drift Battle.

Well, the name of the street is Peachtree and it seems this production has put the city of Atlanta out a little given that several major downtown boulevards had to be closed during daylight hours in order to accommodate the drift battle. We're guessing this all was done on a Sunday.

The drivers are Rhys Millen in his Hyundai Genesis Coupe and Ryan Tuerck in his Pontiac Solstice Coupe (they still make those?). They both do their best to lay black streaks on the pavement and blow as much smoke as possible.
