2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S spied for first time
New Cayenne Turbo S is caught mostly undisguised sporting some new aerodynamic parts
These are the first spy shots of the upcoming 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, caught almost completely undisguised while out for some testing on and around the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany.
The only differences we spotted from the Cayenne Turbo are the slightly more aerodynamic side skirts and a peculiar rectangular panel hanging from the rear diffuser.
This Cayenne Turbo S will be more powerful than its predecessor, given that the Cayenne Turbo itself just got bumped up to 540 PS (397 kW / 535 bhp) and 750 Nm of torque from the previous 500 PS.
But we will have to wait and see what those final numbers are.

I hope finally they will be able to do it with this ugly car. I see the Turbo as a rival of the X6M, not the Turbo S. This is not because X6M is not good enough but it's because Turbo is so good that it has to be at least as fast as the X6M

on the track the "old" Turbo with 500hp was already faster...of course the 2nd generation Cayenne we are speaking....now that 40hp power bump will add that on every performance field....the Turbo S on the other hand will be ultimat SUV for the next 5-6 years...until next Cayenne Turbo S...and all that is comnig from the mouth of ///AMG fan ;)

I am guessing Turbo S might going to have 590hp, or if Porsche think of marketing sense will push to 600hp. Then it will be truly be the 1st SUV in the world to have 600hp in a mass production manufacture vehicle ! Estimate 0 to 60 might come in 4.3 to 4.5 sec range! Can't wait for the turbo S to arrive!

Porsche should put the power up to 600 hp, then it will undoubtedly be the Best and quickest production SUV ever!
This Vehicle is basically an off-road capable Super Car. In my opinion its one of the best Cars ever made. If only I could afford one...

if it's numbers you're looking for, you should by a REAL Porsche. This is sacrilege!

This is NOT a Turbo S, there is no Turbo S in 2012. This is just a Sport Design Package, available for all models of Cayenne.
