Why did it take almost 6 Minutes until someone got the idea to just jump on and stop it? And finally, someone jumps on it 2 seconds before it stops on its own. Great work of this people!

Not sure what role the cops were performing there. And it is a concern that in spite of the fact people could see the tractor was getting was increasing its radius and getting closer to the road, no proactive action was being taken by any of the bystanders.

This is obviously the work of a prankster - tractors or cars don?t just start themselves. They took the tractor out to the parking lot; locked the steering wheel with a rope or something; put a brick on the gas; engaged "D" and let the tractor go around circles in a spiral-like shape. It?s also very dangerous to get into the tractor by the sides while it?s moving because one missed step and you could get run-over by that huge rear tire... so it takes some guts. Police should now check the Wal-Mart?s CCTV footage to investigate who pulled the prank and caused that destruction. I bet it was some 15 year-olds messing around!... but they could?ve put lives in danger!!
