2012 BMW 6-Series Coupe aero package by Prior Design previewed

The 2012 BMW 6-Series Coupe (F12) was just revealed over a week ago, and German tuning firm Prior Design has wasted no time drafting their new aerodynamic package. 

From examing the images we can see an M3-influenced front bumper fascia with LED driving lights nestled nicely inside the air intake pockets along with an integrated lower lip spoiler showing carbon fiber texture. The grille kidneys are blacked out while the hood shows a couple of air vents. Moving to the sides, the fenders are showing a new side grille design and the side skirts are given modest styling. Out back the rear bumper fascia is definitely taking design cues from the previous M6 and improving upon them. The black areas around the exhaust tips look they might be carbon fiber while a baby diffuser is hidding at the bottom.

No details about the aero package were given but hopefully Prior Design will have something tangible to show before summer. Until then, stay tuned.
