[UPDATE - New photos] Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 image leak No. 2 and 3 - and 4
[UPDATE] Those kookie lads over at Jalopnik.com have spilled two more images on their facebook page.
All hail print! Once again, the vulnerabilities of the medium have given way to yet another magazine leak.
Two days ago we had the honor of breaking Aventador LP700-4 leak No. 1 with a top shot from Evo Magazine Croatia. In no time, the image was spread around the world with some sending a hat tip our way - thanks everyone!
Now another image has surfaced and this time it's a clear profile shot showing all the design details. Presumably using press photos, the magazine in question is obviously English language.

OUTRAGEOUS....like a Coutach....totally awesome Lambo, so typicall....this would be a hit....and with that carbon body it will be the king of the hill!

Yes, it's closer to a Countach than to a Murci, but wait till you see her back side... that's the real beauty.
For better comparison with the same color, see here:

Replace the side vent with a giant NACA style duct for pure awesomeness.

A little disappointed. With the Reventon and Sesto Elemento I was expecting this to be crazy. It's not.
By the way, you say English language but what the hell is a "Bullgod"?
February 24, 2011 10:30 am
The Revent?n is a special, limited model. The Sesto Elemento is a pure concept car. The Aventador is be a "mass production" model of Lamborghini, and a realy good base to develop much more dramatic and powerful versions in the future. Bullgod means the god of bulls.

Same here. I'm happy they weren't afraid to use the Sesto concept's lines but I guess my expectations exceed themselves. Damn nice anyway.

Oh yes! It's got that Marcello Gandini's Diablo famed angular wheel arches and sleek side profile. Love this! I would dream to have one and make it look like the Diablo SE30 in metallic purple paint color and the five spoke telephone dial wheels. Oh and Jamiroquai's Travelling without moving CD. She's just a cosmic girl!
This made me realized that pagani builds a modern day miura. i wonder how this lambo will fare against the huayra and how ferrari and mclaren is going to respond whether they're going naturally aspirated or v8 turbo charged? Then there's the porsche. how sexciting!

I was expecting something more dramatic...
Not a Gallardo mix with Reventon and Sesto Elemento
February 24, 2011 10:35 am
come on people.. if u saw this on the road (slim chance for many of us) u will not talk about how this is similar to gallardo or a reventon.. so rever in the fact that we can still enjoy a 6.5 Litre NA V12 with 400gm/km+ CO2 emissions in this day as well..

'I AM THE BULLGOD' Couldn't have put it in better words myself.

Lamborghini will always adhere to their design mantra: "Design something completely insane... now, take that design, and make it completely insane." Gotta love'em for it. A truly unmistakable Lamborghini design. Tip of the cap to them for doing what they do best.

Yup...this is it. The view from the back is even better. There is a spoiler that goes up as well that isn't visible in this picture. The side scoops pop up in the opposite direction of the Murci. Also the interior is very Audi inspired.

They can't improved perfection. I am surprised it would be a new design but it isn't, oh well It still a nice Lambo.

Solution to today's math problem is as follows:
You + LP700 = Hot women everywhere!

"the magazine in question is obviously English" - Not necessarily - Jalopnik put text on their main images sometimes.
It's not really doing it for me tbh. After seeing the prototype, it just seemed so predictable. Plus it isn't very different to the Murcielago/Reventon. See? http://cache.gawker.com/assets/images/comment/12/2011/02/0abf37b2ea5ba48f87ddef0094f95747/original.jpg

Suprisingly this is the first Lambo I have liked in Red since the Countach. The color looks amazing on the car and I can't wait to see this thing in the Flesh. My good friend ownes the Lambo dealer in my town. Will have to see what info he will share after the realease.

Incredible! Its a mix of many cars, Reventon, Murcielago, and the Noble M400 strangely..
February 24, 2011 1:48 pm
That car is pure, unadulterated sex. You look at it and you already start to feel the adrenaline of going at 350 km/h. The Murci?lago was very pretty but it didn't deliver that sensation from the first look.
And thanks Brian for the update -- I think I just came.

that ..that thing is just awesome, i wet myself, geez, i wish Ferrari has this kind of design for their 612 replacement, the wagon car .
