ETC Top Tuner Chevrolet Corvette and Cruze revealed in Toronto
Top Tuner 5 Chevrolet Corvette by ETC Enterprises, 1000, 23.02.2011

First previewed on WCF earlier this month, Elite Tuners of Canada (ETC) has followed up with details and photos for their race-inspired tuning projects for the Chevrolet Corvette and Chevrolet Cruze.

Making their first appearance at the 2011 Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto, Canada, the two new projects for 2011 dubbed, Top Tuner 5 for the Corvette and Top Tuner 5.5 for the Cruze, make up the team's 5th batch of project cars with General Motors Canada.

ETC took a stock Corvette C6 and in four months completely transformed it into a hyper performance machine. The Corvette build was focused on both track performance and unique design. Under the hood, the new LSX 376 Crate Motor from GM Performance and Pro Charger F1R puts out 920 bhp (933 PS / 585 kW) at the wheel and 700 lb-ft (949 Nm) of torque. The exterior of the Corvette is fitted with a custom wide body kit and APR Performance carbon fiber accents and spoiler. The body work is finished with a highly unique Gold Rush paint, a specialized multi-coat candy color.

The Corvette runs on custom race suspension provided by Standard Suspension, custom iForged Legacy V2 wheels (20 X 10 Front, 21 X 13 Rear), and wrapped in ultra wide Pirelli 285/25/20 front and 375/20/21 rear. Stopping power is provided by Baer Perofrmance Big Brake System, and exhaust is a custom system by MBRP. The interior is structured with a custom roll cage, STACK system installment, and Pioneer sound system.

Along with the Corvette, ETC turned the Cruze sedan into a sporty and aggressive tuner. The car runs 250 bhp (254 PS / 186 kW) at the wheel and 150 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque thanks to a GTK 350 Custom Turbo System from Turbonetics. The Cruze is fitted with a custom body kit including a carbon fiber hood and trunk by Viniati. To finish off the body work, Serge Leger of Xtreme Motorsports gave the car a custom Candy Flip Orange paint with two tone matte grey stripe.

Underneath the car, the Cruze runs on a lowered suspension, custom wheels provided by Forgestar (F14 20 X 8) wrapped in Pirelli 245/30ZR-20 (90Y) XL Nero's and custom exhaust system. Inside, the entire interior was redone with custom accents, Autometer Gauges and orange upholstery to match the exterior. As a final touch a 3000 Watt sound system by Pioneer was installed.

Even still with a 20 sidewall there is no thing this car will hook up. It will hang the tail out at any speed wich gets two thumbs up from me.
