BMW teases new concept in ConnectedDrive video

BMW promising a concept that shows off its ConnectedDrive technology

BMW has unveiled a teaser video for a concept that will likely be debuting at the Geneva auto show in March.

All we really get is a lot of pretty lighted lines hinting at the shape of something. But what we're seeing here is more likely a dramatic concept vehicle equipped to show off BMW's ConnectedDrive technology rather than a prototype hinting at a future model.

Still, with BMW we're not expecting some standard 7-Series equipped with a bunch of technology features. And that technology will likely be tech goodies BMW will soon begin offering in their models.

BMW writes on its Future Lab page of the upcoming concept:

"2011 is also the year in which we are setting the course for the future. Initial insights are already available to you now in the FutureLab from BMW ConnectedDrive. Or soon right here, with an extraordinary vehicle, which will once again revolutionize driving in terms of comfort, infotainment and safety. Exactly as you have come to expect from BMW".
