Aston Martin V12 Vantage meets up with sibling racer [video]

V12 Vantage out for a friendly run with the Aston Martin DBR1-2 LMP1 Le Mans racer

Here's a short and neat video of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage going for a friendly sibling outing with the DBR1-2 LMP1 racer.

Aston Martin calls the video "One Engine Two Cars" and the footage shows the DBR1-2 LMP1 Le Mans racer's advantageous handling compared to the road-going V12 Vantage. The video was shot at the JCB test track on a wet autumn day and also features a few bits of night driving as well.

An Aston Martin V12 in two very different guises. Still, it's the Vantage that has the luxurious cabin and the 007 allure.

Every time I see the V12 Vantage, I can't get over how awful those hood vents looks. They just don't go with the classiness of the rest of the car.
