Pagani Zonda Cinque chased by Lamborghini Murcielago Interceptor in Need for Speed video
Video shows next Hot Pursuit stage in the video game series
Here's a video from the Need For Speed video game series of a Pagani Zonda Cinque being chased by a Lamborghini Murcielago police cruiser as well as a helicopter.
This latest in the series from Electronic Arts returns to Hot Pursuit stage, which has to be one of the more exciting parts of the game. Even the landscape seems genuine and the video gives you a sense of what a car chase through the Italian Alps would really be like.
You cannot help but admire their incredibly realistic graphics. These guys should be working in Hollywood. And they're definitely giving the Gran Turismo 5, finally scheduled for release this week, a run for their money.

wait what, that was in-game footage? i'm 99% certain that this is recorded with a camera, with real cars.

Aaand I was right. At 0:34 the video says "Professional drivers on a closed course. Do not attempt."
So there. It's real cars in the real Alps, shot with a real camera.

Yes, which makes it even more impressive. They reenacted the image on the game cover. Too bad they couldn't get a hold of a Reventon for the vid though.
1080p is amazing.

well it is real, not the game. in other words this is not how the game looks. this is how reality looks with a full hd camera.

well at least you can buy the game if you are interested, unlike gt5.

If they had brought out the Reventon...... Lets just say that if it was mine, I'd be pissed.

I cannot believe that corner at 0:42 is taken that fast even when going sideways...!!!!

@Windman. i think you can see that the video is heavilly edited, including speed in diferent fragments. that part right there has surely been affected also.
on the other hand, you're kinda' late u guys to post this video. is out on the net from last week. for me is really great to see need for speed put in real life, with real cars, althoug it's on closed roads with pro's at the wheels of those beuties

The video was released three days before posting this article. We try not to work on the weekends, and stuff like this never gets old. ;)

While all you suckers are busy playing these silly video games, I'm busy making big bux to get me one of them lambo Aventadors next year... ;)
November 23, 2010 9:24 am
While your busy working your ass off to buy a lambo next year, I asked my dad for some money and bought two, because I crashed the first one on the way home from the bar last night. That's why I have all the time in the world to play on WCF typing comments all day because they have me on house arrest in my 3 billion dollar estate. Maybe later I'll take the second one out on my personal road course set up in my backyard. It's just behind the heli-pad, next to the dock where we keep our yacht.

lol... you wish...
ps Aventador is not out yet... unless your daddy bought it for you on a Video game... just like the estate, yacht...
