Anderson Germany has unveiled a tuning program for the Audi R8 V10.

Dubbed the Racing Edition, the car features carbon fiber components (front apron, rear spoiler, rear diffuser, and mirror housings) and 19-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin boasts custom upholstery and carbon fiber trim.

The engine is outfitted with a new ECU, a high-flow air filter, and a sport exhaust system which weighs 17 kg (37 lbs) less than the standard one. Thanks to these modifications, the 5.2-liter V10 produces 585 PS (430 kW / 577 hp) instead of 525 PS (386 kW / 518 hp). While the company declined to release detailed performance specifications, they stated the top speed increases by 12 km/h (8 mph) to 328 km/h (204 mph).

i like it , but i'd rather have a tuning company reduce weight instead of offering more power.

they could tune the suspension, aerodynamics, brakes, throttle response, etc.

GR8 work on a GR8 car! VAG has a new meaning; Very Anderson Germany. These guys understand the age-old mantra, ''If it ain't broke, don't fix it!'' Pretty neat with full carbon fibre finish with orange accents in the interior, further brightening up the rather sombre, but top-drawer ambience. The orange theme continues on brake calipers and around the wheel rims. Perfection on wheels.
