Imagination can do anything - build it and prove this figures aren't just bullsh*t!!

Well that's strange. Other resources on the internet reveals the fact that this thing uses a jet turbine mated to a CVT gearbox, not a piston engine.

Just amazing. This game really is stunning, like to see this car running in real F1 championship speeding over 280mph :D

If that thing actually existed, I doubt the driver would make it out alive at those speeds with HUGE G-forces.

air force pilots take those figures, but not for more than 5 to 10 min, a full race 45 to 60 min would be insanely straining, the kind of stamina and endurance the pilot of that thing will need are inhuman.

That is why F1 drivers are paid a lot and seems in the past it was Ok to get such challenge. It is just pity that now drivers are too aware of safety and not the fastest way (though also the riskiest plan) as old school mates drove in 50s to win any race. Got injured? Then it is time for reserve drivers to shine other than pay and travel them for nothing.

i'm wandering what would happen if such a vehicle is built and raced.
8 G lateral force when it hits a rumble strip or take any kind of air... that would send the car flying sideways until it hit a wall.

The only reason why I could see this X1 go flying is because... It runs on Red Bull, And we all know what Red Bull does best. LOL

BUILD IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! f1 will be less annoying !!!!!!!

Whilst a driver would need a G-suit to avoid blocking out under 6 lateral G, this car is technically possible. I bet that with the necessary money they could make a car with these sorts of numbers. The long list of specs in the Press Release are a clue that they're not just fantasising.

I wonder what tires they put on that car.
Knowing Gran Turismo, how often will u have to pit?

this car is why the game got delayed, first i read it had a turbine engine a few weeks ago, now it has a turbo v6.

a fighter pilot can max 9 g's but only for a short while..but its all vertical load and only little lateral load, far less than 8 g...you need to have a very strong neck to take 8 g longitudinal sideways load...making this car on the brink of illogical

So what everyone is trying to say, though this car is possible, the human being is too poorly designed to handle this... I kinda knew we were badly designed all along tho...

turbine engine or twin turbo V6?
This is getting like GT5's release date
