Widebody kit provides an SL Black Series-like look and an instant upgrade to the facelifted 2009 SL for any previous model year to 2003

Misha Designs has unveiled its new widebody kit for the Mercedes-Benz SL.

The widebody package includes a new front bumper and lower lip spoiler made of carbon fiber that make for a larger mouth opening to take in more cooling air. The fenders and quarter panels are widened to merge with the wheel arches with air intakes slated behind the front wheels to give the car an SL Black Series-like look.

The kit also provides a new bonnet with carbon fiber scales for the vents. There are also side skirts to meet up with the fender flares. The rear bumper gets carbon fiber gills at each side and a carbon diffuser. There is also a trunk spoiler.

Misha Design says the package can be fitted to any post-2003 SL Mercedes-Benz model and that it provides for an easy upgrade into the facelifted 2009 SL-Class with only the need for the new headlamps and center grill.

The kit is made to bolt on easily to any 2009-present SL model.

The kit includes an all new front bumper with lower Carbon Fiber lip spoiler. The larger and more aggressive openings draw in more air to cool the powerful AMG Mercedes. The fenders are wider similar to the SL Black Series and are functional drawing air out from behind the front tires. The hood is an all original design with carbon fiber slats at the top where it is vented. The Side skirts flow smoothly into the new wider rear fender flares. The rear bumper comes with Carbon fiber gills and a carbon fiber diffuser that helps channel the air and to increase downforce. The rear Trunk spoiler is also designed to increase the downforce.

This kit is made for all SL Mercedes 2003-Present. The kit is a direct bolt on for the 2009 and newer models. This kit also allows you to convert your pre 2009 SL to the new facelifted 2009 and newer SL Mercedes. The kit includes everything your will need except for the headlights and center grill.

I've been following the progress of this beast on Team speed and have to say that the shop has doing some amazing work concerning this SL. Now I only wish I could see it in person at the SEMA.

Judging from what you said, I take it your a stuffed up executive that is probably around 55 years of age. Any person who buy an SL is probably looking at performance and even though is car has performance in stock form it lacked the look of a fast car.

So let me get this straight, the black series is just a ricer getto trash veriation of the SL, CLarkson is a guy with no taste. mmmmm I wonder how the guy with no taste really is. It would appear to me that your the one lacking the imagination and taste.
