2012 Toyota Yaris brochure images leak
Hybrid variant expected
Leaked brochure images of the 2012 Toyota Vitz (aka Yaris) have surfaced on the web.
While details are limited, the Vitz features an aggressive front bumper, a Camry-inspired grille, and a distinctive greenhouse. A sporty body kit will be available for the Japanese domestic market (JDM), but it remains unclear if it will be offered elsewhere.
Under the hood, power will be provided by a variety of three- and four-cylinder engines. Eventually, a hybrid variant is expected.
A Yaris concept is rumored for the 2011 North American International Auto Show, so stay tuned for continuing coverage.

"Toyota: We can make our cars _look_ fun to drive! (but don't worry, they're not, and they still come in beige)"

The back is somehow too "207" and center twin pipes just look cheap here though it is supposed to be an "attractive" item (fact is, many manufacturers put twin pipes and even double pipes just for fashion and I really hate it, only 200+ HP deserve it). But the front look nice especially with added body kits. Now only wait for the interior, hope it does come with similar clever IQ interior.

Wow, this is actually a good-looking modern Toyota. Even without the bodykit, it still looks interesting. Now it's all down to how it peforms on the road.

This would make a great car for commuting to and from work everyday and would look good but its not something I see being very racy.

No, in Japan and some Asian countries, every model got its own badge.
