Lamborghini Sixth Element Concept LEAKED

 Lamborghini Sixth Element Concept LEAKED
Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Concept (Sixth Element Concept) leaked images, 480, 28.09.2010

It was inevitable!  One of the most hotly anticipated debuts for the biggest auto show of 2010 in Paris has been leaked.  Not only do we have a name but a mildly distorted low resolution image which concurs with the five previously released teaser images.

Tipped to French site blogautomobile.fr the Sesto Elemento Concept (Sixth Element Concept) is made entirely of carbon fiber. With a weight of 999 kg (2202 lbs) no power output figures have been reported yet.  However, it is powered by a V10 engine, as previously indicated in teaser number 2, and hits 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) in 2.5 seconds en route to a top speed of 350 km/h (217.5 mph).

Found in group 14 of the periodic table of chemical elements, carbon has an atomic number of 6.

With the proverbial beans spilled, we wonder if Lamborghini will still release the sixth and final teaser image tomorrow leading up to the vehicle's scheduled media reveal on the eve of its Paris debut on Thursday.

Stay tuned!

wow! This thing is tiny! It looks like a Lamborghini version of that new stratos that won't go into production. I'm really excited to see more pictures of what may be my new dream car.

I hope it looks nothing like that. They need to come up with something new and not just modify older designs.

Shut up you'd be all over it if it had a BMW badge.

yes indeed, if the BMW badge would be on those Bimmer fans would be overwhelmed...when BMW badge is on some boring bimmer than it's the most beautiful car!

Totally agree with you. This looks like some sketches of stealth jet fighter fanatic. I hope it will be only a prototype and in a production car they'll use only some details from this concept.

hmmm I like the lightness and performance, but styling not so much. It looks overstyled. LP560 is so cool, cause it's so clean and sharp in it's design, but this is too much

I highly doubt it will look like anything even close to that. That's not Lamborghini styling, that's attention seeking French Autoblogist styling.

It looks like a Gallardo got the SEMA treatment... And they came up with a 10-minute egg... WAYYYYY too overdone.

What? It is 950lb's lighter that the Superleggera. Definitely not a glammed up Gallardo.

If its really that light, and production capable, it may be the best supercar in history. I don't like the styling so much, but then I don't buy with my eyes only.

It's Gallardo's ugly brother

i think it is still a gallardo. its just a tuned gallardo. no originality there. the germans ruined lambo. design one car. make 20 variants of it

No way that is a new Lambo, even teasers got nothing with this last minute drawing. Look at the last pic, that is cap of the engine looking from inside. Because of light from top its even might be a roadster!

Not impressed with the styling even though it somewhat looks like the offspring of a Countach and a Gallardo. But 2200lbs?! Atleast something came out of that lightweight A5 concept a while ago.

That's not it, you can tell by the interior of the leaked image, The chairs don't match with the last teaser picture!

I was actually thinking the SAME exact thing! The instant I saw it, I thought of the ItalDesign Cala, aka Lamborghini Cala... I remember that car from 1995, Need For Speed 1 game lol

all carbon is amazing, must have been a costly project hopefully some of it will go to production....styling is ultraman...the leaked pictures and teaser do not match, front wiper of the teaser is very neat while leaked looks normal...whoever did seem to photoshop a gallardo..certainly a spoiler and should be shot

Ok, love the concept but lamborghini will never produce this. Too outrageous and over done.

The day a car is "too overdone for Lamborghini" is the day the sun explodes. But this is only a technology concept anyway, so no, it won't get any registration plates. This showcases their new philosophy about low weight and excessive carbon fibre, which will be applied to future models, probably starting with the V12 Jota.

I think that it's like the reventon more than anything else, the cool stealth looking is a bit over done though! However, it's would be wonderful to hear that they can achieve low body weight while achieving better driving pleasure. Anyways, it's a concept car now, and maybe they would do some fine adjustment when they hear the feedbacks from market. just maybe!

It looks like an LP560 that was "hooked up" for the next fast and the furious movie with an ugly body kit. Im not a fan. No clean flowing lines like their current lineup.

Imo, it is too rakish and edgy. Nevertheless, I will reserve further judgment once the official pictures are out.

I reserve my final comment when the official pics come out. But this creases and wrinkle line have gone too far. I understand one-off reventon but to include it in every production car is too much. It really takes away from the overall flow of the design lines
