MINI Countryman WRC in action [video]

Prodrive recently announced that a specially-prepared MINI Countryman WRC was undergoing initial tarmac testing, and now the first video of their second trials has surfaced.

Captured on a mobile, we can clearly feel the screaming sound of the turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine as it buzzes up the gravel road.

Filmed in Ponte de Lima, Portugal, the Countryman WRC is set to debut next year fully compliant with FIA Super2000 regulations.

Thanks to JS for the tip!

The video is mis-titled. It should say "BMW Countryman WRC in action".
