Will likely offer an EcoBoost engine

Our spies have managed to catch the first images of the facelifted 2012 Ford Kuga.

Undergoing testing in Germany, the mule is virtually indistinguishable from the current model as only the camouflage hints at minor changes to the front bumper and dual exhaust system. Regardless, styling is expected to draw inspiration from the redesigned Focus.

Under the hood, the engine lineup will likely be revised to include Ford's 2.0-liter EcoBoost. This should result in improved performance and reduced emissions.

The updated Kuga will be unveiled next year with sales starting shortly thereafter.

The current Ford Kuga is a very good looking car, it stands out to all its other rivals in looks and technical.

It's overpriced compact on big wheels with poor 4x4. It has nothing with American definition of SUV/CUV-Kuga means no utility. The trunk is smaller than in average european wagon. Don't be interested if you have fully equipped Explorer (especially new gen.) on your market for the same price we must pay for something like that... Even Escape Hybrid is for me much more attractive :)

Kuga looks attractive and drives well. But the interior is EXACTLY same as the 2007 C-Max. Very disappointing for a much expensive car. It would not be my choice.
