Way to fail... the concept looked so promising.

I'll have to give it to Chevy. It's A HUGE improvement over the last generation of the Aveo, but still lags behind the competition, like Ford Fiesta and Honda Fit/Jazz. Chevy, its a nice try... Oh, and I almost forgot. Don't copy the Mitsu. EVO X face. It damage your reputation in the design department. The EVO is the EVO (great car, by the way) and the Aveo is a... well, an econo box whit no soul.

New Aveo looks like little armored collector car. It has original and remembered design, but despite it - exterior is really ugly, especially front

yuuk! Just when I thought they're on a good path with the cruze. One thing I don't see in GM it's keeping the same design lines on all their offerings. I think that's why German and Japanese mfrs (and Ford in some parts) look so much better, they chose a design language and then stick with it across their whole range of vehicles.

Looking at current generation, it's a really huge progress that Chevy made. Headlights look like inspired by Alfa. And the back seems to be too Sparkish like to me...

I actually prefer the first one. I mean sure, by most measures it was crap. This, however, looks (at the front) too much like a human face, to the point that it's actually quite creepy. It isn't helped by the number plate giving it a toothy grin either...

Well Mike I gotta tell You that I'm already bored with the first generation. Too much of this on streets in my country:/ Probably I'm gonna say the same in few years about this one... And about the plate, U know it has to be placed somewhere ;)

Ugh, boring. I've never liked small Chevy cars and this is not going to change the story. Then again I'm no fan of small-sized cars, but if I were to get one I doubt it'd be a Chevrolet.
