few details amaze me: "The Utility will also get pursuit features, like four-wheel braking" WTF???; "75 mph rear-end crash tests" astonishing at first, but I suppose it makes sense in Police crash statistics; "18-inch wheels" seems stupid: mdium/low profile tires are more fragile off-road, and make the rims more expose to damages

Can the rifle/shotgun rack that sits between the front seats be purchased seperately. Maybe as a dealer installed option for people who buy a regular Explorer.
