Thin layers of polished aluminum on the door skins! The last thing anybody needs on a car is a door that will get a dent everytime your 5 year old slams it shut by pushing on the sheetmetal. Unless you can just replace it everyday with a new sheet of Reynolds Wrap this seems like a terrible idea. Can anybody remember the old Jaguars that would get dimples in the fenders everytime you rest your elbow on one? I have allready been warned to be "extra careful" when working in the new SLS engine compartment.

The skin layers would be added on top of the solid Carbon Fiber structure just so painting the car becomes an easy process, this is just a proposed idea to solving the problem of painting over carbon fiber. The actual door won't be made of thin layers of aluminum.

I do not like the design of this vehicle . Too simple , no style , a child could have draw it . No , no and no ! For the rest of the pictures , it is always good to see that ingenors work a little on security in cars ... until they can do much better in this domain .
