Amazing that the X1 is now the best-selling SUV in Europe. I wonder if Audi will wait and see how the X1 does in the US before it decides to send it here.

this SUV "sickness" is really starting to get on my nerves, enough already???? this is ugly,cant really do offroad and burns to much fuel in comparision with the road version so it makes it pointless. Here is the EU telling car companies they have to build green cars so we see this hybrid rubish all over the market, why dont we just stop building these 4x4 wannabe's instead????

Because nobody cares about what the enthusiasts want anymore. It's all about the mainstream consumers, making the most sales and political correctness. The future will be the end of gas guzzling V8's mated to real 6-speed manuals.

Then how Audi generates money? It is just about demand and Audi does not want to lose market. While such wannabe SUV may be useless for people in Europe without potholed road, in others continents, it is a answer that a normal sedan will give up after going a few hundred miles outside city. Then the all wheel drive system can solve problem for muddy country road too. Every thing there is for a reason.

@velsatis you need sit less at PC and Net, just come down dude!!!! :D @clash 189 is right, every thing there is for a reason. If you @velsatis don't see diferents between sizes than you need go to school, and reason for sizes is becouse rich can offer Q7 but not so rich just Q5 or now it will be Q3

Boogie Woogie made sense to me! If you guys must talk about designs, have you lot seen that grotesque autobot called X1? The X3 is a design haemorrhoid which the supremely elegant and athletic X5 didn't need anyway. Therefore, in comparison to the X1, the Q3 is a Brad Pitt where the X1 is just the pits! Case closed.
